How does booking work?
Choose a date and category and send your booking request. A person from our office contacts you by phone or email to complete the booking; nothing is charged on this site.
How do I get my tickets?
After your booking is confirmed you receive a confirmation with an entrance voucher by email. Tickets are handed over at the hall entrance on presentation of the voucher and a photo ID. Nothing is sent by post.
When should I arrive?
Box office and doors open at 19:30; the concert starts at 20:30. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the start.
Are the seats numbered?
Your tickets are for a category. Within it, seats are taken from the front at the hall.
Is there a dress code?
No. Come as you feel comfortable.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome. The concert lasts 90 minutes with one intermission; we do not recommend it for children under 6.
Can I cancel or rebook?
You can change the date free of charge until 48 hours before the concert, up to twice. You can cancel within 14 days of booking, but never within 48 hours of the concert. Details in the Terms and Conditions.
Are the halls accessible?
King's Hall and Festsaal II are reachable by lift; the Gothic Hall has a few steps. Please mention wheelchair seats by email when booking and we reserve suitable places.
